Anita Koitka is an Associate Cost Manager at Linesight in Dublin, which she initially joined in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, Anita has built a career that spans a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, student accommodation and data centre developments. Her expertise includes estimating, cost control, value engineering, tendering, evaluation and negotiation, making her a well-rounded professional in the construction industry. Anita is a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Her pursuit of professional growth and her commitment to the highest standards of her profession set Anita apart. Always keen to expand her skills, she recently embarked on a course in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying, following her completion of a carpentry course just the year before.
